| It all started back in 2010 at the 24hrs of Le Mans. When a Peugeot 908 LMP1 tried to make a pass on Corvette driver Emanuel Collard in the Porsche Curves, catching the Corvette driver off guard and ended in a big crash.
After the big crash, Pratt & Miller sat down and thought of a solution. The following year they debuted a rear view camera in the C6.R. This helped, but in the dark and in the rain it was more or less useless.
