| We'd be the first to admit that being half second a lap slower / every lap / for ten hours would never get you the win. But, we all know that racing reality does not follow a linear-logic like that.
So, to find the GT2 C6R only 0.5 back from the leading BMW, in its new non-DI mode, that's big news....good news. The Test TimeSheet picks up the story for the sister car and the rest of the GT2 competition, net the new Jaguar that is rumored to leave the barn tomorrow.
A single test, as we know, does not tell the entire race story. Especially when godug and the CR team have so many tools / strategies from which to pick to shoot down the 'Bavarian airforce', et al.
Action continues tomorrow. Event Schedule with GT2 qualifying Friday @ 2:25 - 2:50 EST.
PS - Yes, it's nice to see Audi's on an ALMS race track, again. |
