The 2009 ZR1 is not the only factory Corvette with a 'Windows to the World' approach to the engine / hood relationship.

Maybe not the 1st, but certainly cool in its execution, the 1964 Sting Ray Styling Study prepared for that year's World's Fair deserves attention. Remarkable Corvettes has a few more pics.
