So, the question is set. Does Corvette have what it takes [eg- the race pace AND the fuel efficiency] to put down the AM 2007 title defense?
The 2008 version of the C6R found its legs and put a 1.3 second advantage on AM in qualifying. But, Warm-up laps MAY say they are equal in race speed. Of course, neither team is beyond playing poker with pre-race morning lap times.....
Bottom-line- Stay tuned for an awesome 24 hours of GT1 competition!
PS- Love the yellow rear wing endplates on the 63. PS2- Is the 08 ride height lower vs 07? [Or is that just the car sitting down under braking?] |
