Get it? Instead of using the 4.5 mile "Main Track" used last year at Salt Lake they'll only be using the 3.06 mile "Outer Track" this weekend - incorporating the dreaded Witchcraft bend, although they'll be bypassing turns such as Demon, Devil, Diablo, Indecision, and Agony so maybe it's for the best.
The Outer Track at Salt Lake could be the fastest course some of these cars will ever see.
